AGC of Great Milwaukee Elects Jeremy Shecterle 2018 President
Mr. Shecterle has served on the AGC Board of Directors since 2016 prior to being elected as its 2019 President.
The Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee (AGC) will be installing Jeremy Shecterle, J.P. Cullen & Sons, Inc. as the association’s 2019 President at their annual Corporate Meeting held in the Grand Ballroom of the Wisconsin Club on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
Mr. Shecterle has served on the AGC Board of Directors since 2016 prior to being elected as its 2019 President. Some of his goals as President are to continue to grow the association and work to mitigate the challenges of future workforce development. He stated that, “workforce development is the number one priority for the construction industry.” He added that “while AGC has led many successful initiatives in workforce development, we must work to bring innovative ideas to the forefront that will create greater diversity and attract more men and women into this outstanding industry.”
Other elected officers include: Mike Abuls, C.G. Schmidt, Inc. as AGC Senior Vice President and Mike Stern, J.F. Findorff & Son as AGC Secretary/Treasurer.
The 2019 AGC Board of Directors will also include Chad Bathke, VJS Construction Services, Tim Just, Berghammer Construction; Rupert Kotze, Kotze Construction; Matthew Tadisch; Kevin O’Toole, Hunzinger Construction; Kimberley Wacker, Spancrete Inc. and Dave Drumel, Staff Electric.
The AGC is a 100 year-old professional business association that serves over 350 commercial general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers in Southeastern Wisconsin.
