MADISON, WI—Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin (AFP-WI) tonight released a statement congratulating Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Daniel Kelly in taking a positive step towards April’s general election. Throughout his time on the bench, Justice Kelly has demonstrated his deep understanding for the proper role of judges and shown dedication to the interpretation of the law, rather than legislating from the bench.

AFP-WI, the state’s premier grassroots organization, will continue to support Justice Kelly’s election efforts through a number of tactics, including contacting Wisconsinites at the doors and on the phones.

AFP-WI State Director Eric Bott issued the following statement:

“Congratulations to Justice Daniel Kelly for his victory tonight, as he’s now one step closer to election to Wisconsin’s highest court. Our activists are excited to continue supporting Justice Kelly’s election bid ahead of April as they are confident in Kelly’s ability to serve the people of Wisconsin and uphold our Constitution.”

The grassroots organization has already begun its efforts at the doors and on the phones to gather support for Justice Kelly’s election. The Wisconsin Supreme Court race will be decided on April 7th, 2020.

“Aristocrats for Perfidy” want a judge who will rubber stamp legislation favorable to the fossil fuel industry – at the expense of our Earth. If you desire cleaner air and water for your children and their children, vote for a judge who is not supported by AFP.
