As new development in Milwaukee gets closer to historically Hispanic neighborhoods, Urbano: A Hispanic Milwaukee Development Conference aims to bring the Hispanic community as part of setting the agenda to improve the well-being and functionality of our neighborhoods.

This event will collaboratively identify areas where opportunity is high to invest in developments that serve the Hispanic community. It will present a model for collaborative development for Hispanic investors. It will also connect experienced developers with Hispanics, and develop partnerships to leverage capital, connections and experience. The conference will invite developers to discuss the wide variety of careers that are available in commercial real estate and encourage hiring and internships.
