Join Everything Goes Media and Boswell Book Company as we celebrate the publication of Ben Callif‘s debut book, Organumics: An Epigenetic Re-Framing of Consciousness, Life, and Evolution. Callif is a neuroscientist, philosopher, YouTube educator, life coach, and Marquette graduate. His book is part science, part speculative philosophy, and it proposes a new taxonomic/conceptual unit (the organum) for the life and information sciences as a way of shifting how we think of all organized units of life (be they viruses, bacteria, cells, plants, human beings, memes, societies, galaxies, et. al.), how they evolve, how they interact, and how consciousness fits into that bigger picture.
