St. Augustine Preparatory Academy Elementary School is a private elementary school developed on the nearly full block site bounded by W. Arthur Avenue, S. 5th Street, W. Harrison Avenue and S. 5th Place.
Located across W. Harrison Avenue from the school’s first building, St. Augustine Preparatory Academy, which became a middle school and high school only after the elementary school’s completion.
Development was described as a $49 million project. It was originally a $30 million plan and didn’t include the full block, but the school expanded the project in 2021.
St. Augustine acquired and demolished several houses to form the site.
Design led by Korb Architect. VJS Construction Services led the general contracting.
