Cornerstone Village – Highland is a four-story, 71-unit apartment building developed by Cardinal Capital Management.
The apartments in the building, financed by the low-income housing tax credit program, are reserved for the elderly and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Development involved the demolition of a five-story, 1960s office building, 3200 W. Highland Blvd., owned by Aurora Health Care.
Cornerstone Village was originally proposed in 2021 by AbleLight, but Cardindal Capital later took control of the development.
Quorum Architects is the architecture firm of record. Greenfire Management Services is the general contractor.
