The Daniel Newhall Rowhouse is the western building on the property. It was constructed in 1850. A Schlitz tied house is on the eastern half of the property and was constructed in 1907.
The building was redeveloped into four apartments starting in 2021. A new first floor tenant, Thelma Carol Wine Merchants, opened in the same time period.
