Warehouse located across the street from the Milwaukee Intermodal Station. Following a July 2015 acquisition by Milwaukee Storage Partners LLC for $3 million the building was converted into a self-storage facility that opened in October of 2016. It was previously a storage facility for Iron Mountain.
The building was originally built for the Boston Store as a warehouse.
