Built in 1912 for Alonzo Pawling and leased to Harley-Davidson. Replaced an earlier building used by P&H and Milwaukee School of Trades that was destroyed in a fire in December 1909.
A 2016 plan from LCM Funds would redevelop it into modern office space. Construction is expected to begin in March 2021.
Original design by Kirchhoff & Rose, revision by Engberg Anderson Architects.
