O’Brien Hall is a four-story, $60 million building that was completed in 2022 as a new home for Marquette University‘s College of Business Administration.

It was developed on the site of residence hall McCormick Hall, which was demolished to enabled the academic building’s construction

The property was formerly its own parcel, addressed as 1530 W. Wisconsin Ave. It was merged into a larger parcel, 1442-1506 W. Wisconsin Ave., as part of the O’Brien Hall development.
