Vacant site at the north end of downtown Milwaukee. The site was long the site of Gugler Lithographic Co. That building, designed by architect Otto Strack, was demolished in 2006. It was last occupied by the Milwaukee Center for Independence.
Chicago-based Ravine Park Partners announced in 2019 that it was considering an apartment building for the site. Roers Companies proposed an apartment building for the site in 2016. Neither project advanced.
A new proposal surfaced in 2022 from LG Group.
