Amanda Mickevicius is non-traditional college student finishing a degree in English at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She was born and raised in rural Wisconsin and has lived in Milwaukee for seven years. She has tended bar throughout the city and enjoys the social atmosphere that it provides. She enjoys living an active lifestyle – whether it’s biking or yoga, she loves finding new ways to stay active healthy. When not in school or at work at a local Irish pub, she enjoys spending her time cooking and baking for friends and family.
