Festival City Symphony Opens Ticket Reservations for 2026-27 Season
Milwaukee, WI (August 25, 2026) — Festival City Symphony has opened free ticket reservations for its 2026-27 Saturday Classics concert series, marking the beginning of the orchestra’s historic 100th season of bringing live orchestral music to the Milwaukee community.
For a century, Festival City Symphony has remained committed to one simple mission: making exceptional classical music accessible to everyone. The 2026-27 Saturday Classics series continues that tradition with four free performances at the Bradley Symphony Center featuring beloved orchestral masterworks, celebrated guest artists, festive holiday favorites, and engaging musical experiences for audiences of all ages.
While admission is free, Festival City Symphony encourages concertgoers to reserve their Saturday Classics tickets in advance. A suggested donation of $15 for adults and $5 for children, students, and seniors for each concert helps ensure the orchestra can continue providing free performances and fulfilling its mission of making live orchestral music accessible to the entire community.
These reservations apply only to the Saturday Classics concert series. Festival City Symphony’s Pajama Jamboree family concerts remain free to attend and do not require reservations or tickets.
Saturday Classics tickets are available online now and may also be obtained in person at the Bradley Symphony Center box office beginning one hour before each concert. Free tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserving tickets in advance is the best way to guarantee entry.
The 2026-27 Saturday Classics season includes:
- October 24, 2026 – River, Sea, and Symphony, featuring The Moldau, Four Sea Interludes, and Sibelius’s Symphony No. 1
- January 30, 2027 – Grace and Grandeur, featuring Haydn’s La Lamentatione, Mozart’s “Turkish” Violin Concerto with Milwaukee native violinist Clark Snavely returning as soloist, and Mozart’s Jupiter Symphony
- March 6, 2027 – American Mosaic, featuring music by Amy Beach, Jennifer Higdon, Joan Tower, and Florence Price
- April 17, 2027 – Heroic Visions, featuring Beethoven’s Leonore Overture No. 3 and Bruckner’s Symphony No. 6
Each concert begins at 2:00 p.m. and is preceded by the complimentary Unlocking the Score pre-concert talk at 1:30 p.m., offering audiences additional insight into the music and composers featured on the program.
