Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus Meets to Select 2025-2026 Officers

MADISON – Today, Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus Chair State Senator-Elect. Dora Drake (D-Milwaukee) released the following statement:

“Today, we honored outgoing caucus members, welcomed new members, and held leadership elections.

I am excited for the new legislative session upon us, and am honored to continue serving as Chair of the Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus. All past Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus members have carried with them the legacy of black brilliance and a will power push for opportunities, despite all odds.

The new members will continue to be the foundation to advocate the needs and interest of all black Wisconsinites and overall members of the African diaspora.”
