Sherman Park Harvest Fest Returns for Its Third Year This Saturday

MILWAUKEE – Chairwoman Marcelia Nicholson invites residents to the Third Annual Sherman Park Harvest Fest tomorrow, Saturday, October 26th, 2024. This year’s theme, “Beetlejuice: A Ghoulish Harvest Fest,” will offer an afternoon filled with music, family-friendly activities, and entertainment, featuring the Milwaukee Flyers.

Attendees can look forward to free costumes, food trucks and local vendors, music by DJ Gideon, pumpkins, caramel apples, and s’mores. The event will also feature resource booth trick-or-treating, live performances, a car show, raffle prizes, and will conclude with an outdoor movie screening of Beetlejuice.

“I am grateful to all our community partners who have contributed to the success of this event in the past and to bringing it back this year! Sherman Park Harvest Fest provides a fantastic opportunity to unite our community and celebrate our shared spirit,” said Chairwoman Nicholson. “Events like this are essential to reimagining our neighborhood and park, allowing us to come together for a day of spooky fun, unity, and connection. I look forward to seeing everyone there!”

Chairwoman Nicholson, in partnership with the Milwaukee Parks Foundation, Milwaukee County Parks, Boys and Girls Club Mary Ryan, Sherman Park Community Association, and Friends of Sherman Park, is hosting this event with generous support from sponsors Versiti, United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, and Herb Kohl Philanthropies.
