Still too late to tear the whole blasted expressway out?
Does it bother anyone else that E. Clybourn Street terminates into Discovery World’s garage door? I’m pretty sure that is not a pedestrian-friendly design. It reminds me of a wide, suburban driveway leading to someone’s garage door where you have no idea where the front door is located.
This design doesn’t take pedestrians into account at all yet again. When will Milwaukee get out of the dark ages and start designing real public spaces that people use. That bridge is going to be useless. I know this is an early rendering but I don’t see much seating and there are too many roads and too many lanes.
