Prime commercial development opportunity opens up in Bronzeville
Proposals for this 33,390 square foot property must be submitted on or before noon on August 30, 2018.
The City of Milwaukee is making available a commercial development opportunity at N. 7th St. and W. North Ave, in the Bronzeville Cultural and Entertainment District.
According to the request for proposal (RFP), acceptable uses of the property are boutique hotel, conference center with banquet hall and/or catering component, mixed-use development, theater with open plaza, or uses that contribute to or exemplify the Bronzeville Cultural and Entertainment District. The property is owned by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM) and is listed for $200,340.
“Not only is this parcel of land a gateway to Bronzeville, which is seeing a continuous growth in development, its proximity to downtown, surrounding neighborhoods and I-43 make this a prime investment location,” said Alderwoman Milele Coggs.
