North Shore Bank Promotes Schissler to Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Compliance

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank announced today that it has promoted Molly Schissler to Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Compliance.
Schissler has been with the bank for more than six years and has more than 25 years of industry experience. In her previous position, she served as Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Schissler will be overseeing the Human Resources, Compliance, and Facilities departments.
“Molly has served a key role in strategic planning and acquisitions, while also overseeing improvements in our employee training and benefits programs. Under her leadership, we have achieved high levels of employee engagement, resulting in regular annual recognition from outside organizations,” said Jay McKenna, North Shore Bank’s president and chief operating officer. “We are excited to have her join our senior management team and look forward to her continuing contributions to the growth of North Shore Bank.”
Schissler earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She achieved certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 1999, and as Global Professional in HR (GPHR) in 2006.
The Milwaukee resident is also very involved in her community. Schissler serves on the board for Hope House of Milwaukee, as well as on the HR committee for the Urban Ecology Center.
