Near West Side Partners Names Colliers International Preferred Commercial Real Estate Provider

Milwaukee – Near West Side Partners, Inc. (NWSP) recently announced that Colliers International is the official Preferred Provider of Real Estate Services for the Near West Side.

Since its inception, NWSP has been committed to the long-term revitalization of the Near West Side – through collaborative efforts to promote commercial development, improved housing, unified neighborhood identify and branding and creating a safer environment for its residents and businesses. A key part of that effort is revitalizing key real estate assets in the area.
