The city sells a VACANT lot for a high price. Than they jack up all land values. This happened some years ago. Land was $8000 now $25000.. But the only reason land sells for the high price is because it is VACANT. VACANT equals scarce. Supply – demand. It’s a scam.

It looks like the city has the wrong land circled in the skyview. It should be the big open space to the left between the red roof house and the gray roof house.
