Questions about the Milwaukee Streetcar project will be answered Tuesday evening as part of a public meeting at the Pabst Theater’s Pabst Pub. Commissioner of Public Works Ghassan Korban and City Engineer Jeff Polenske will offer an update on the project and discuss the next steps in the development and scheduling of the project. A question-and-answer session will follow their presentation.

Event Schedule:

5:30 – 6:00 Networking & Check-In (Free Alterra Coffee & The Pabst bar will be open)
6:00 – 6:20 Presentation by project management team (City Engineer Jeffrey Polenske and Department of Public Works Commissioner Ghassan Korban)
6:20 – 7:00 Q&A
7:00 – 7:30 Social Time

The Milwaukee Streetcar project was most recently in the news because of a hearing held by the Public Service Commission, which will rule on the utility cost issue.

An unofficial Facebook page for the project is now available. Additionally, there is a Facebook event for the Tuesday meeting as well.
