    It has to be older than than, because I have been away from Milwaukee for over 13 years now and used see it waaay before that… we would celebrate the Great Circus Parade, (Ernest Borgnine would be a clown) and then walk Bastille Days…. and I know the Parade has been gone for at least that long,
