MADISON, Wis. – If you are covering the Wisconsin Supreme Court declining to hear a lawsuit from Democrats seeking to bar Jill Stein from Wisconsin’s presidential ballot this November, please consider the following statement from WisGOP Chairman Brian Schimming:

“Today’s decision is a win for democracy and fair elections. For years, Democrats have silenced and disenfranchised Wisconsin voters by removing inconvenient candidates from the ballot.
