WisGOP Post-Spring Election Reaction
MADISON, Wis. — Tonight, unfortunately, Brad Schimel and Brittany Kinser did not prevail in their races; however, the Trump-endorsed Voter ID Constitutional Amendment has passed, an important part of election integrity in Wisconsin.
Throughout the Spring Election cycle, WisGOP made unprecedented investments:
- Maintained field staff from the 2024 election cycle.
- Expanded minority outreach, with 4 dedicated staff members focused on coalition building, alongside 3 targeted radio ads aimed at Hispanic and African American voters.
- Invested over $200k on 9 different mail projects for the Farm Team initiative.
- Transferred a record amount to candidates, including over $9 million to Schimel and over $2 million to Kinser.
- Made over 2.5 million voter contacts.
