Underly Campaign Announces Endorsement of 12 State Legislators
HOLLANDALE, Wis. — Pecatonica Area School District Superintendent and candidate for Wisconsin State Superintendent Jill Underly announced today she has been endorsed by 12 legislators from across the state including Senators Jeff Smith and Kelda Roys, and Representatives Don Vruwink, Lisa Subeck, Dianne Hesselbein, Jodi Emerson, Kristina Shelton, Mark Spreitzer, Jimmy Anderson, Sondy Pope, and Tod Ohnstad. Also endorsing is former State Senator Kathleen Vinehout.
“Dr. Underly is the only candidate in the race who’s currently tackling the COVID-19 crisis as a district superintendent,” said Rep. Jodi Emerson, D-Eau Claire. “Jill is the most qualified progressive public school champion running and has my full support to be our next State Superintendent.”
