Two Months Ago News Broke That Hovde’s Bank is Filled With Millions in Foreign Deposits… Hovde Is Still Silent on Which Countries They’re From

MADISON, Wis. — Two months ago, news broke that Eric Hovde’s $3.2 billion California bank is accepting deposits from foreign banks and governments. Yet Hovde still refuses to be honest with Wisconsinites about which foreign countries these deposits belong to.

Hovde has refused to come clean about which foreign governments are depositing money into his bank. Hovde recently confirmed that his bank is accepting foreign deposits, yet still won’t answer where these deposits are from because he believes that no one should care about the fact that his bank is receiving money from foreign governments.

“If Eric Hovde thinks no one cares about the foreign deposits filling his bank, he should have no problem telling Wisconsinites which countries they’re from. But Eric Hovde continues to hide and refuses to come clean about these deposits and the conflict of interest they’d create if he were in the US Senate,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin Rapid Response Director Arik Wolk.

Hovde is not a resident of Wisconsin, he isn’t a self-made man–there is NO such person–and he is just another uber wealthy white man trying to buy his way into the Senate for his own gains. Hovde is not for Wisconsin.
