Award-winning Smoke Shack revamps their Mayfair Collection location as Smoke Shack Express with quick counter ordering, decadent southern-style sandwiches and easy catering options. Smoke Shack Express, officially opening on February 7, 2020, will serve their signature classics like 14-hour smoked Angus Beef Brisket, Kansas City Eggrolls and the Smoke Shack Sampler. Guests will also enjoy new signature sandwiches such as the Shack Daddy towered high with pulled ham, brisket, sausage and coleslaw.

“We are excited to provide our guests with a classic BBQ dining experience at the Mayfair Collection, making it easier for shoppers and families to grab a delicious bite as well as offering a quicker dining experience for the businesses in our neighborhood,” said Chris Adams, Vice President of Operations.
Smoke Shack Express will celebrate the opening of the reconstructed space on Friday, February 7, 2020, beginning at 11:00 am.
“We are proud to be members of the Wauwatosa community and we think this is an important opportunity to also celebrate the amazing work our neighbors at Children’s Wisconsin are doing every day. Twenty-five percent of all proceeds from our opening celebrations on Friday, February 7th will benefit Children’s Wisconsin,” says Maddie Seymour, Director of Marketing and Sales.
Smoke Shack will also be giving away free pulled pork sandwiches to the first fifty (50) guests to join us at the Mayfair Collection on Friday, February 7th. Smoke Shack Express opens at 11:00 AM daily.
Smoke Shack Express has re-constructed the space for guests to order at the counter, grab a seat, and enjoy decadent BBQ options. The location will operate a full bar, including their extensive bourbon collection and local beer options.
