ADISON, WI – After appointing Sen. LaTonya Johnson to serve on the Legislature’s Joint Finance Committee, Senate Democratic Leader Jennifer Shilling (D-La Crosse) released the following statement:

Johnson on the Joint Finance Committee, Democrats will remain focused on building a better budget that invests in local communities, expands economic opportunities and prioritizes Wisconsin families rather than foreign corporations. From investing in strong schools and infrastructure to reforming our juvenile justice system, Sen.
