SEIU, Working Families Party Endorse Chevy Johnson for Alderman
Chevy Johnson has been endorsed by a number of former and current elected officials, progressive organizations, community leaders and neighbors.
MILWAUKEE – Chevy Johnson, candidate for Second District Alderperson, proudly announces the endorsements of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and the Wisconsin Working Families Party (WWFP).
“Chevy Johnson will stand up for workers across the city of Milwaukee” said Dian Palmer, President of SEIU Wisconsin State Council. “Chevy has the skills and work ethic to be a champion of workers on the City Council. We look forward to his election as Alderperson.”

Chevy Johnson recently served as Staff Assistant to the Mayor of Milwaukee. A long time resident of the 2nd district, Chevy is committed to bringing responsible, accessible and dependable leadership to the Milwaukee Common Council. The primary election is February 16th, 2016 and the general election is April 5th, 2016.
