Safe & Sound a welcome addition to the 7th District

I am pleased to see Safe & Sound, Inc. relocate their headquarters to Sherman Park! We have a close relationship with this great organization as they make our neighborhoods safer, and now we get to welcome them to their new home at 4422 W. Leon Terrace. I would like to thank the Safe & Sound organization for everything they do, and I welcome their leadership and staff to their new home in the 7^th District.

Safe & Sound was founded on the theory that we can improve public safety through the combination of law enforcement, community organizing and youth development, and they have worked across our great city since 1998 to get that done. During the past few years, Safe & Sound has adopted ‘refresh,’ a plan focused on refining strategy and assessing new ways of supporting safe neighborhoods. Their work is impactful all over the city and they have been helping to keep Milwaukee safe and welcoming for all.

I look forward to working with them to help keep our district, always, “safe and sound.”
