Ron Johnson and Wisconsin Congressmen Discuss Importance of Supreme Court Race
WAUKESHA, Wisc. – Senator Ron Johnson and members of the Wisconsin congressional delegation participated in a press call to announce their endorsement of Judge Brad Schimel for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, discuss Susan Crawford‘s radical record, and highlight crucial issues like voter ID. Endorsing Brad Schimel:
Rep. Bryan Steil: “Wisconsin needs common sense justices, and that’s exactly what Brad Schimel is. Someone who’s dedicated his entire career to putting criminals behind bars and making our community safer.”
Rep. Tony Wied: “It’s so important that we do everything we can to make sure that Brad Schimel gets elected… Brad Schimel continues to outwork everybody. He’s everywhere.”
Susan Crawford and the Radical Left:
Senator Ron Johnson: “Susan Crawford would use her position to create policy, to alter the law, to legislate from the bench.”
Rep. Derrick Van Orden: “We have lost faith in our institutions because radical leftists like Susan Crawford have infiltrated our institutions and have overridden the will of the voters of the state of Wisconsin, and they’ve done this across the nation.”

Senator Ron Johnson: “Nationally, more than 80% of Americans believe in voter ID. They don’t want their legitimate vote overturned by an illegitimate vote, a false vote. And yet, that’s exactly what Susan Crawford would do. She fought against and tried to overturn Wisconsin’s voter ID law.”
Rep. Bryan Steil: “With Susan Crawford, you have someone that led the charge to remove photo ID, a common sense measure to move forward election integrity.”
