River Rhythms Kicks Off Summer Concert Series with The Huntertones
Their high energy, horn-driven sound has allowed members of the band to collaborate with many top artists.
ILWAUKEE –
River Rhythms, downtown Milwaukee’s destination for music on Wednesday evenings, welcomes The Huntertones to the stage on Wednesday, June 13th. The free concert series takes place from 6:30 – 9 p.m. every Wednesday through August 29th (except July 4th) in
Pere Marquette Park on Old World Third Street between State and Kilbourn.
Originally formed at Ohio State University, The Huntertones have now turned into a highly collaborative group of musicians who have toured all around North & South America, Europe and Africa. Their high energy, horn-driven sound has allowed members of the band to collaborate with many top artists including Jon Batiste & Stay Human, O.A.R., Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran, & Gary Clark Jr.
Miller products, Malibu & Absolut cocktails, wine and soda will be available at the
Westown beverage tent with all proceeds going to benefit the free event. Patrons can also enjoy food options from local food trucks and restaurants.
New this year: concert attendees will now have more parking options available to them. Parking will be provided by Interstate Parking at 751 North Plankinton Avenue and 601 West State Street for $3.00 with code 0004.
