Rite-Hite acquires Ontario-based Alpha Door Systems and King Materials Handling

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (March 8, 2023) – Milwaukee-based Rite-Hite Holding Corporation has acquired loading dock and industrial door companies Alpha Door Systems and King Materials Handling with offices in London and Windsor (Ontario) Canada.

Both companies have been in the material handling business for 35 years and have been the exclusive distributor of Rite-Hite products in Ontario. “President Ed Michniewicz, has built a solid organization, serving customers in the region with high standards of service and integrity.
