Rep. Evan Goyke endorses Sparkle Ashley
"I am proud to endorse her candidacy and would recommend that all residents of the 18th district cast their vote for her" noted Rep. Goyke.
“Sparkle Ashley is new to Milwaukee’s political scene as a first time candidate, but she has the community service necessary to thrive. In particular her view on transportation, parks and public safety qualify her to me. Beyond politics, Sparkle is a caring and kind person who would make a strong team member for the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors. I am proud to endorse her candidacy and would recommend that all residents of the 18th district cast their vote for her” noted Rep. Goyke.
“Rep. Goyke has been a champion for Milwaukee since he was elected in 2012. He has worked across the aisle to get things done that improve Milwaukee. I am honored to have his support and look forward to working with him to improve the quality of life in Milwaukee” commented Sparkle after the endorsement.
Sparkle was born and raised in Milwaukee. She is a social worker who is committed to public service her entire life. She has been a Girl Scout, a member of the National Honors Society, and holds both a bachelors and graduate degree. Sparkle is happily married, and works as the Director of Social Services at the Bridges of Milwaukee Rehab and Care center. The primary election is February 20th, 2018 and the general election is April 3rd, 2018.
