M.A.C.S. Fox Cities leased 3,000 SF at 23654 Oneida Street in Ashwaubenon, WI from Midwest Expansion LLP. Hakan Hare represented the Tenant.
Beloit Health System, Inc. renewed its 7,273 SF at Beloit Commons located at 1733-1735 S. Madison Road in Beloit, WI. Joe Carollo and Brett Deter represented the Landlord, Johnson Bank.
