Pizza Man Goes Back to its Roots in Revamped Menu
Focuses on organic ingredients, local products and great food
MILWAUKEE (May 17, 2021) – If anything good has come from our industry slow-down over the past year, it was the chance to take a step back and focus on what really matters in life, in relationships, and in pizza. When the Pizza Man team looked inwards, we found that what mattered the most is high-quality ingredients, local vendors and really (really) delicious food.
Starting May 19, Pizza Man will be serving a menu filled with research, taste testing, and difficult decision making. The menu will feature many of the restaurant’s go-to classics like the Topher and eggplant fries, while bringing in some new ideas, like the lasagna blanco and the Bomba, and even bringing back some items that have been sorely missed, like the mussels and hand-made pastas.
These improvements were done to honor the original Pizza Man concept, focusing on local and high-quality ingredients. “We are going back to hand-cutting our pasta. We’ve tested the flavor and consistency of our mozzarella, and reviewed every aspect of what goes into our food, focusing on quality and customer experience,” said Kaelyn Cervero, Vice President of F Street Hospitality.
Furthermore, we at Pizza Man are re-building relationships with local farmers and getting back to our roots. We invite the Milwaukee community to stop in and try the new menu out for themselves. Go online to check out the list of new food and old classics for yourself, and make a reservation at www.pizzamanwi.com
