By - Dec 14th, 2017 03:32 pm

On Tuesday, December 19, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Central United Methodist Church in Milwaukee (639 N. 25th St., Milwaukee), Penfield Children’s Center and friends from Neighborhood House, Milwaukee Academy of Chinese Language and the Marquette University Child Care Center will enjoy a special performance by the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra through the Hometown Holiday Tour. Children will get the chance to meet with musicians before and after the show, learn about the instruments and listen to a variety of Christmas classics.

Each year, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra offers free concerts throughout Milwaukee to benefit community members who may not have a chance to attend a performance at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.

Penfield Children’s Center creates a positive start in life for infants and children, many of whom have developmental delays or disabilities, by providing early education, health services and family programming.
