Passport Day in the USA at the Milwaukee County Clerk’s Office

In recognition of “Passport Day in the USA” Milwaukee County Clerk George L. Christenson is offering free passport photos – a $10 value – to Milwaukee County residents who submit a new passport application in the County Clerk’s office this Wednesday, September 18th. The office is located in Room 105 of the County Courthouse (901 N. 9th Street) and applications can be submitted from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Passport application forms are available in the County Clerk’s office or may be downloaded from the
U.S. Department of State website at: travel.state.gov
Passport applicants must bring in a certified birth certificate and a valid government issued photo identification card, such as a driver’s license. The cost of a passport is $145 for adults and $115 for children under the age of 16.
All persons applying for a passport, including children, must be present during the application process.
Both parents must sign the application of a passport for a child under the age of 16. Please contact the
