MPS Kindergarten Enrollment Fair is February 3 at South Division
Children Who Will Be 3, 4, or 5 Years Old by September 1 Can Be Enrolled; Staff from More Than 100 Schools Will Be on Hand
The families of children who will be 3, 4, or 5 years old by September 1 are invited to attend the Milwaukee Public Schools Kindergarten Enrollment Fair on Saturday, February 3, 2024, with their children. The fair will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at South Division High School, 1515 W. Lapham Blvd., Milwaukee.
The fair kicks off kindergarten enrollment for fall 2024 at Milwaukee Public Schools. Families should plan to enroll children by March 4.
Staff members from more than 100 MPS schools will attend the fair to explain programs and answer questions. MPS schools include Montessori schools, language immersion schools, and schools focused on science and math, the arts, the Great Lakes, agriculture, and more.
The first 500 families to apply in person will receive a free children’s book, and the first 200 families to apply in person get one free admission to the Milwaukee Public Museum. Children can enjoy face painting, story time by the nationally known Dannette Justus of MPS, activities, and more.
