MOTOR Revs Up Menu with Summertime Flavors
The latest additions to the MOTOR menu include light, flavorful salads, delicious sandwiches and mouthwatering desserts that are a perfect end to any meal.
MILWAUKEE (July 19, 2018) – It’s time to rev up the summer with new, exciting menu items from MOTOR® Bar & Restaurant, located on the Harley-Davidson Museum® campus. The latest additions to the MOTOR menu include light, flavorful salads, delicious sandwiches and mouthwatering desserts that are a perfect end to any meal.
“Our new summer dishes stay true to MOTOR’s mission, which is to provide made-from-scratch, comfort food that’s done right,” said Josh Peterson, executive chef, MOTOR Bar & Restaurant.
Vegetable lovers, the Greek Salad mixes chopped romaine lettuce and homemade Greek dressing with feta cheese, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. The Beet Salad tosses a spring mix in chardonnay vinaigrette, then adds roasted beets, goat cheese and toasted pine nuts.
For the bold, the Fatboy Burger features an eight-ounce, hand-packed patty that’s piled high with bacon, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and crispy onion straws.
If you’re looking for something tasty and fresh, try the Chicken Salad Sandwich on a multigrain ciabatta made with smoked chicken, fresh veggies and candied pecans.
Finish your visit to MOTOR with the best course: dessert. Sweet treats like Cinnamon Roll Cake, MOTOR Sundae and Seasonal Cobbler are now available.
