Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m., on the 1400 block of N. 8th Street. A 29-year-old victim sustained a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on scene. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police have a subject in custody related to this incident. The 43-year-old victim sustained gunshot wounds and received treatment at a local hospital. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.
