Midtowne Spa Property Sold for $1,000,000

MPP Enterprises LLC purchased the 4,500 SF facility at 11800 W Greenfield Avenue in West Allis, WI for $380,000 from R Time LLC. Hakan Hare represented the Buyer.

LCM Funds 36 Midtown LLC purchased the 10,490 SF flex building located at 315 S. Water Street in Milwaukee, WI for $1,000,000 from Peak 1031 Exchange, Inc. Scott Revolinski represented the Buyer in this transaction.

CCH Incorporated renewed its 1,460 SF at the Timbers Building (part of the Tannery Business Complex) located at 700 W. Virginia Street in Milwaukee, WI. Ned Purtell & Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate.

Horny Goat Brewery leased 695 SF at the Timbers Building (part of the Tannery Business Complex) located at 700 W. Virginia Street in Milwaukee, WI. Ned Purtell & Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate.
