MCSO Conducts Death Investigation at Bradford Beach
Milwaukee, WI – (July 13, 2020) On July 12, 2020, at approximately 9:22 p.m., deputies responded to Bradford Beach for a report of a victim who was being physically assaulted on the beach. Upon their arrival, deputies located the victim, who was unresponsive, had no pulse, and was not breathing. Deputies began CPR and applied an AED to the victim’s chest. The Milwaukee Fire Department also responded to the scene at 9:39 p.m. and performed life-saving measures but were unsuccessful.
The suspect, who initially fled, returned to the crime scene on a bicycle and was spotted by a deputy. The suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division is conducting the investigation. No further information is being released at this time.
