“Magic Martini” to be served at Envoy Restaurant & Lounge

Envoy has created a color changing martini that adds an additional dose of magic to the experience.

"“Magic

Envoy’s “Magic Martini” is inspired by the Broadway show, “The Illusionists”. The show will be in Milwaukee February 14-19, 2017. Envoy Restaurant & Lounge is a proud sponsor of the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts and “The Illusionists”.

In honor of the show, Envoy has created a color changing martini that adds an additional dose of magic to the experience. The color changing component of the martini is achieved by using the extract of the Butterfly Pea Flower. The chemical reaction occurs when citrus is introduced to the extract.  The martini we are using is a twist on the classic Lemon Drop Martini. We modified the order of preparation to allow for the citrus components to be added last, so that the magical color change is able to be witnessed by our guests.

As always, guests of the Ambassador Hotel and Envoy Restaurant & Lounge enjoy complimentary parking at the hotel as well as complimentary shuttle service to and from the show. Dinner and Shuttle reservations are highly recommended.
