Libertarian Party of Wisconsin Statement On Madison Shooting
The Libertarian Party of Wisconsin (LPWI) would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to all the victims and families of all those affected by the shooting earlier today at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison. We condemn all violent acts by one person against another. There will be effects of the stress and trauma of the situation that will last years, and those affected will need support from as many people as can offer their help.
The LPWI would also like to emphasize that this is not the time for politics. There will be plenty of time later to look at what can and should be done to stop these senseless acts. In the coming days, all of our focus should be on helping those affected and bringing them comfort and support.
