Kolek Consensus All-America Selection For Second-Straight Season
Senior guard joins Butch Lee and Markus Howard as repeat consensus honorees
Marquette guard Tyler Kolek has earned Second Team All-America honors for the second-straight season, just the third player in program history to be a consensus selection in back-to-back seasons.
In program history, only Butch Lee (1977 and 1978) and Markus Howard (2019 and 2020) have earned consensus accolades in consecutive seasons, both claiming spots on the second team as a junior and the first team as a senior.
Marquette’s other consensus selections are Dean Meminger (1971), Earl Tatum (1976), Sam Worthen (1980) and Dwyane Wade (2003).
