Guard rail repairs to close two I-43 ramps beginning Monday

Traffic Alert for Marquette Interchange overnight work.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) will be closing two ramps on I-43, Monday, February 16 and Tuesday, February 17 from 11 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. These ramps include:

  • The southbound I-43 ramp to westbound I-94 (north to west ramp in the Marquette interchange)
  • I-43 southbound McKinley on ramp

Message boards will be placed within the closure to detour motorists. These closures are necessary for county crews to complete guard rail repairs on these ramps.

Work is currently scheduled for completion by Wednesday, February 17, at 4:30 a.m. All work is weather dependent
