Firm Principal and Shareholders announced
For Immediate Release: GROTH Design Group is pleased to announce that Peter Damsgaard, Director of Design, has been named Principal and Mike McGraw, CDT, Director of Construction Administration Services, has been made a shareholder. Peter and Mike join Managing Partner, Mike Groth AIA, NCARB, and Partners Pete Schneider, AIA, LEED AP, and Steve Petitt, AIA, LEED AP, in leading and growing the full-service architecture, planning and interior design firm.
Peter Damsgaard is responsible for stewarding a collaborative and thoughtful design process, leading employee professional development, engaging the design community and working with local community leaders.
Mike McGraw leads the firm’s construction administration services, including playing a significant role in the execution of projects from design through commissioning. Mike works closely with owners, contractors and the design team to ensure quality constructability within design intent.
