Four OWI Arrests Overnight
Operating While Intoxicated is a serious offense that turns a vehicle into a weapon and other motorists into targets.
Milwaukee, WI – (October 19, 2019) Overnight the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies made four arrests for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) – 1st Offense. MCSO works around the clock to keep our freeway systems safe from intoxicated drivers. Operating While Intoxicated is a serious offense that turns a vehicle into a weapon and other motorists into targets.
Unfortunately when motorists willingly put their safety and the safety of others at risk, it can lead to their arrest. The following arrests were made overnight:
At 12:12 a.m., Robert V. Bullock was stopped on northbound I-43 at W. Silver Spring Dr. and arrested for OWI-1st Offense.
At 12:15 a.m., Heidi L. Brunzelle was stopped on southbound I-794 at Carferry Dr. and arrested for OWI-1st Offense and Hit & Run.
At 3:05 a.m., Israel O. Messenger was stopped on S. 59th St at Greenfield Ave. and arrested a second time for OWI-1stOffense; he has not been convicted of the previous charge.
At 3:31 a.m., Arlinda S. Garza was stopped on N. 22nd St at W. Clybourne St. and arrested for OWI-1st Offense.
