Dryden Named to Big East Weekly Honor Roll

Senior forward netted two goals last week for MU

NEW YORK – Marquette University men’s soccer forward Mitchell Dryden earned a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Tuesday.

Dryden scored two goals in a 1-0-1 week for MU, including the game-tying goal in the 86th minute against Drake on Thursday, Aug. 28.

The Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin native scored the first goal of the game in the eighth minute in Sunday’s 4-0 win over Chicago State.

This marks Dryden’s second BIG EAST honor of his career. He was named offensive player of the week the first week of the season his junior year in 2024.

Marquette returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 6 against Wisconsin at 7 p.m. CT at Valley Fields.
